A Server’s duties will include:

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu, beverage, and bar items offered.

Greet and serve guest in a timely and enthusiastic manner.

Take food orders, serve meals and beverages.

Check food orders for accuracy and completion prior to serving.

Suggestively sell/up sell food and beverages during the service cycle.

Make and count-back appropriate change to customers.

Complete end of shift reports and record all tips accurately.

Assists with closing procedures.

Dress code is: a white collared shirt (short or long sleeve), black pants, black socks and black shoes (preferrably slip resistant). A black apron will be provided.

$4.00/hour plus all tips. Will also have opportunity to work banquets which provide guaranteed tips.

Part-time and full-time positions available mornings and evenings. Restaurant open 7am-8pm.

Reports and investigates disturbances, complaints and reports of trespassing by communicating with management, interviewing guests, associates and witnesses and detects infringements. Patrols recreation center areas and property to detect and report fires, unsafe conditions, missing or inoperative safety equipment, trespassing persons and criminal or suspicious activities to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay. Checks each guest at recreation centers for appropriate documentation and ensures that they are authorized to be on property. Answers telephones and utilizes two-way radios. Retains and relays information received under stressful conditions, responds to calls quickly and calmly and makes sound decisions under pressure. Must have the ability to calm guests and visitors in emergent, emotional or stressful situations. Assists guests, associates and other departments as requested within reason. Warns violators of rule infractions and/or ejects persons disturbing the peaceful and pleasant experience of resort guests. Reads maps and provides directions to guests. Ability and desire to see individual situations or assignments through to a successful resolution without departing from SOPs or operating outside of the officer’s scope of authority. Performs all other duties as assigned. Works a traditional rotating shift schedule. Ability to work different shifts (weekends, holidays and relief shifts). Must be available to work until September. Performs all tasks associated with Pizza Hut operations, which includes but is not limited to: prepping and preparing all products and ringing up sales on the POS system. Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply; previous experience desired but not necessary to be successful in this position. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends is required.

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Villa Rentals department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The Villa Rentals Administrative Assistant follows the Welk i-Serve standards by answering voicemails, emails and facsimiles from internal and external guests, assisting owners with the rental program, answer inquiries and questions, assisting reservation agents with requests, resolve administrative challenges and inquiries, general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, fax and mailing, solicit additional services, in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.

Will provide prompt, efficient and courteous service at Stoneridge Preview Center. Will be responsible for the daily cleaning of Guest Presentation Room and other areas of the preview center as deemed necessary. Other responsibilities will include maintaining all equipment provided, including tools, carts and radios utilized during shift.

This position will also provide back up for kid’s club and hostess positions.

CURRENT DAYS FOR THIS SHIFT ARE FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY, SO REQUIRES WORKING BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ON WEEKENDS.

Full-time and Part-time position available. Will provide, sell, and complete requisite ordering and accounting processes for marketing and selling park tickets to guests. We are looking to fill this positon in March 2013. Responsible for picking up bank from the office deposit box. Collects payments in cash or charge form for all golf shop daily transactions. A House Person’s duties will include: Maintain an outstanding personal appearance at all times, always in full compliance with personal hygiene/dress code policy. Report any gueset complaints or maintenance problems to the Housekeeping Manager. Empty room attendants’ linen/trash bags as required and replenish them with supplies and empty bags. Fill all requests for supplies from Room Attendant and maintain all housekeeping/storage rooms on a daily basis. Complete special assignments such as furniture moving, cleaning high areas, maintaining public areas, filling supplies in guest/associate areas, etc. Respond immediately to radio calls. Starting wages are $8.00/hour The current shift available is PM (3 or 4 pm-11pm or 12am). Adjustments can be made to this shift to accomodate the right person.

Jobing Description

Our Owner Services office is located in Vista. The Owner Services Agent will answer phones, complete reservations, maintain owner books, address any inquiries requested by villa owner via phone, e-mail and/or fax. Will be responsible for generating reports and correspondence.

Skills/ Requirements

Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, excellent customer service and great communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
