Our Wellbeing Mission is to promote lifelong healthy behaviors and lifestyles for our Welk family by providing programs, tools, and resources to maximize their overall wellbeing.

• The Welk Wellbeing program focuses on four pillars: Mental, Physical, Financial/Philanthropic, and Emotional Wellbeing.
• Explore five elements of work-life balance: Career & Livelihood, Family & Relationships, Higher Purpose & Self-Expression, Leisure & Retirement, and Friends & Community.
• Take advantage of what the Welk Wellbeing program has to offer, and find yourself rewarded in more ways than one! Those who are enrolled in Welk medical insurance can receive a $50 incentive monthly by participating in one or more of our Wellbeing activities and classes!
