Full-time, temporary position. Answers multiple phone lines and radio communication by taking both internal guest/customer calls as well as external customer calls. Coordinates with Public Areas and Engineering as well as other departments to quickly expedite all guest/customer requests. Employs great phone skills and excellent customer service skills as well as having consistent follow-through to ensure guest/customer satisfaction. Keeps detailed records of all incoming/outgoing calls. Extensive data entry in an Access based management system. Must have the ability to multi-task and work with serious time constraints. Must be detail-oriented, have basic computer skills, and excellent customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
