Processes Timeshare contracts in an accurate and timely manner using TimeShareWare system. An understanding of escrow procedures and underwriting guidelines and inventory are required as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Extensive computer experience with Word and Excel is necessary. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
