Lodging: This Welk Resort Group, Inc. travel certificate entitles the recipient to three (3) nights of accommodations at the Welk Resort Group, Inc. Sirena Del Mar or one of Welk’s premiere partner resorts in Cabo San Lucas, two (2) nights of accommodations at one of Welk’s premiere partner resorts in San Diego County, or Branson, MO subject to availability and certain restrictions listed. Accommodations are for two (2) adults 28 years of age or older and up to two (2) children under age 18. This certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient. Some blackout dates may apply.
Qualifications: Due to the promotional nature of this offer, you must meet the following qualifications and present a current major credit card (debit cards not accepted) in order to take advantage of this offer. Attend a fun 120 minute vacation ownership/timeshare preview tour. Guests are at least 28 years of age or older. If married both husband and wife must attend together. Have a combined annual income of $75,000 or more ($50,000 or more if traveling to Branson) and are creditworthy. Infants and toddlers under 3 years of age should not be brought to the preview center as we cannot accommodate them while parents are on tour. No pets allowed. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other resort promotion. One offer per family or group. If you fail to attend the preview tour you will be charged the retail value of this package. Your reservation arrival date must be at least 6 months after the date you toured any other Welk property or 1 year if you are traveling back to the same property.
Valid arrival days are based on location.
Retail Value: The approximate retail value of this offer ranges from $199-$900 depending on location selected, availability and time of year.
Activation (STEP 1): This certificate must be activated within 15 days of the issue date. There is no cost to activate your certificate. Upon activation, you will receive a call from us within three business days. All calls may be recorded for training purposes and by activating this certificate you agree to such recording.
Reservation (STEP 2): Reservation request may be made at the same time as, or after, activation. All reservation requests are subject to availability. All reservations requests are confirmed once we have received a $50 deposit that will be refunded, in U.S. dollars, upon completion of the tour. If your reservation request is not able to be confirmed, your $50 deposit will promptly be refunded. A reservation confirmation letter, including check-in information and directions, will be e-mailed or faxed to you within 72 hours of your requests being confirmed. Do not travel or make airline reservations before receiving confirmation. YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LETTER AND IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.
Incidental Charges: This certificate is for accommodations and does not include airfare, room taxes ($25-$35 based on destination), meals, and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in the resort will require an imprint of a major credit card (debit cards not accepted) to cover such expenses.
Rescheduling: Any changes to an active reservation must be received at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to notify us at least 21 days prior to arrival or simply not showing will result in a processing fee of $250 and forfeiture of your certificate and the $50 deposit.
Deposit Refund: Your $50 deposit will be refunded upon arrival at your selected location.
Usage Limitations: You may not use this certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program offered by Welk Resort Group, Inc. or in conjunction with your Welk Ownership points unless authorized in writing. Only one certificate per household per destination may be used. Not intended for conventions or group travel.
