How to Enter: There are two methods of entry: 1) Enter online through one of the Welk Resorts Facebook pages; 2) Mail your entry to: The Ultimate Branson Vacation Giveaway c/o address provided below. or 3) Welk Platinum Owners may enter simply by logging in for the first time.

Description of Prize and Odds of Winning: One winner will receive three (3) nights at Welk Resorts Branson in Branson, Missouri, four (4) Silver Dollar City passes and one (1) Visa® gift card worth $250, or equivalent gift card with same value. Welk Resorts Branson stay is subject to availability, so we recommend booking in advance. Terms and conditions apply to Silver Dollar City passes. Silver Dollar City passes are non-transferable, and are not for resale. Passes are void if altered and will be confiscated. Winner will be contacted by a Welk representative who will provide specific details. All other expenses such as airfare, transportation or any other expenses, are the sole responsibility of winner.

The one (1) winner of this giveaway is not required to visit, tour or attend a presentation at Welk Resorts in order to receive the prize. Entrants who do not win may be contacted and offered a gift or gifts similar to the prize in this giveaway (if available in inventory) in exchange for attending a sales presentation at Welk Resorts.

Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received, not to exceed 1:100,000.

All other expenses, including but not limited to transportation, personal expenses and taxes (including state and local) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Approximate retail value of prize: $1,286.

Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Pacific Time on January 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on December 31, 2017.

Sweepstakes Drawing: Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random computerized drawing conducted by ProData Research on January 5, 2018. Potential winners will be contacted once using the telephone number provided during entry. If a potential winner is unable to personally accept the telephone call, no voicemail message will be left and a new winner will be chosen.

Winner agrees that, as a condition to receiving the prize, he or she will sign an affidavit and release provided by Sponsor. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the privacy policies outlined below. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to allow Sponsor to share entry information with Sponsor's affiliates and third-party nonaffiliates for any purpose. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By submitting an entry, you give your express permission to the Welk Hospitality Group of Companies, 8860 Lawrence Welk Drive, Escondido, CA 92026, including its subsidiary and affiliate companies, to contact you by telephone and/or mail in order to be notified of a winning entry and/or promotional vacation opportunities including a Welk Vacation Ownership preview. This permission shall be current and valid, whether or not you have previously placed your name on a local, state or federal do not call list, every thirty (30) days hereafter for a period of five (5) years. All calls may be recorded, and by entering, you consent to such recording.

Release: By entering, participants release, indemnify and hold harmless Welk Hospitality Group, Inc. and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents ("Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in connection with the sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes, or receipt, or use of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity.
