How to Enter: To enter, click on the button above and complete the Official Online Entry form. One entry per email address will be accepted for the duration of the giveaway. Sweepstakes starts at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on July 3, 2013 and ends at 9:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on September 1, 2013. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Winners selection: One winner will be randomly selected on September 2, 2013 and will be notified by phone/email within 2 business days. Winner will have 24 hours to accept prize after initial contact. After 24 hours, winner relinquishes his/her prize and another winner may be chosen and notified. Winner agrees that his/her name and/or photograph may be used for future promotions. Acceptance of the prize constitutes a release of ProData Research, and each of its affiliate companies, agents and employees from all responsibility to the winner. Entries will be electronically databased.
